Raised $84,000+ from alumni, RLCIE, The Hive, Cooley, and corporate sponsors (Google Cloud, AWS), funding ~$6,000 equity-free grants per startup plus $40,000+ in perks.
Built partnerships with 35+ alumni mentors and hosted 20+ speaker events averaging 100+ attendees, including trustees and program directors. Drove measurable startup outcomes: Glam Up (100k → 1M+ downloads, top 3 App Store), ArtHub (mockup → live product), Stratos Vanguard (2x efficiency gains), and Brain (pilot with 200 students).
